**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Larsen & Toubro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth through effective channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance**: Achieve sales targets by leveraging a network of channel partners, ensuring efficient management of partners and timely delivery of results.
  • Channel Development**: Focus on developing strong channel partnerships within the region, creating robust customer walk-in experiences and evaluating the effectiveness of channel sales at each site.
  • Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute action plans for allocated projects, collaborating with the Marketing team to achieve effective walk-ins and closures for assigned sites.
  • Knowledge Management**: Design and implement development and outreach activities for channels, identify knowledge gaps, and set training requirements.
  • Internal and External Interactions**: Liaise with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Corporates, HNI Clients, Brokers, Property Consultants, Customers, and Service Partners.

**Requirements:**

  • Educational Qualification**: Graduate/Post-Graduation in Marketing & Sales with 8-10 years of Real Estate industry exposure.
  • Experience**: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through channel partnerships, empanel performing channel partners, and possess excellent communication skills.

**What We Offer:** A competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
