Our innovative SaaS product configurable for CEP (Courier, Express and Parcel), QSR chains, Retail & eCommerce, and Transportation has helped over 200 clients across 50+ countries digitize and optimize order scheduling, customer communication, routing, dispatching, and real-time tracking to reduce logistics costs and achieve operational excellence.

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who will drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, technology demonstrations, account-based marketing, running simulations and evaluations on client sites, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation, and account receivables. The successful candidate will interact with clients across major global markets, focusing on APAC, US, Europe, and Canada, and develop trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, presentations, technology demonstrations, account-based marketing, running simulations and evaluations on client sites, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation, and account receivables
- Interact with clients across major global markets, focusing on APAC, US, Europe, and Canada
- Develop trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis and convert client needs into enterprise contracts to meet sales quota/targets
- Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-18 years of B2B sales experience
- 4+ years of SAAS or tech sales experience
- Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to provide client service to a large number of client accounts across multiple geographies with passion, strong initiatives, and positive attitude
- Experience in catering to large enterprises across domestic or international geographies
- Advanced skill-set for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing Statements of Work (SOWs), documenting RFI/RFPs, submitting commercial proposals, and cross-functional project management
- Expertise to work on executive presentations, advanced CRM, and other sales & marketing focused automation tools

What We Offer
