We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Business Development Manager to lead our B2B initiatives in Brisbane and Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B sales to the large-scale packaged food manufacturing sector and be ready to relocate from India to Australia.

**Job Overview:**

The Senior Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the area of responsibility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing effective sales plans to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key B2B clients and distributors
  • Maintaining market knowledge and identifying new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management

**Qualifications and Experience:**

To be successful as a Senior Sales Business Development Manager at Knoxx Foods, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with large-scale packaged food manufacturers
  • Proficiency in any CRM software
