**Job Title:** Channel Sales Director
**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Director to join our dynamic team at TekPillar. This mid-level position is located in one of our branches and involves full-time employment with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in core sales and marketing.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet organizational sales objectives.
- Partner Acquisition and Management: Identify and establish partnerships with potential channel partners to expand our market presence, and manage existing relationships to ensure ongoing business and support partners' growth efforts.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns tailored to channel partners.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
**Ideal Candidate:** Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets and driving revenue. Proficient in business development, negotiation, relationship management, and team leadership. Solid understanding of marketing strategies and ability to generate leads through various channels.
**What We Offer:
- Estimated salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
