Global Channel Sales Director

A dynamic and seasoned professional is required to lead the growth of our partner sales channel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cultivating strong relationships with MSSP partners, driving revenue growth through strategic account management, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner sales strategy aligned with company goals, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the MSSP space.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at senior technical and business levels, including C-Level executives, to drive revenue growth and partnerships.
- Lead the onboarding process for new MSSP partners, providing enablement and support to ensure successful integration and expansion of their businesses.
- Maintain accurate sales process and reporting analytics using company-provided tools, ensuring data-driven decision-making and informed business planning.
- Manage and support presales and post-sales functions for the MSSP business, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing revenue potential.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to identify and pursue high-value deals, driving revenue growth and expanding partnerships.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding partner relationships.
- Experience in the MSSP industry is highly desirable, with exposure to the cyber security domain considered an added advantage.
- Strong business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and MSSP partners.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, leveraging technical, product, and business SMEs to drive business outcomes.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a positive outlook and strong work ethic.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
