Company Overview:Hiring House Technology is a dynamic company that seeks an experienced Channel Sales Strategist to lead our sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, developing relationships with channel partners, and driving sales growth.
Job Description:- Develop and implement strategies to expand the organization's database of channel partners.
- Manage a team of at least 7-8 members to achieve sales targets.
- Liaise with project site heads for site visit and booking confirmations.
- Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.
- Explore cross-selling opportunities and foster strong working relationships with key CPs within micro markets.
- B2B Sales, Real Estate Sales, Channel Partner Sales experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
