Join Sperton Global AS as a Global Sales Strategist and contribute to the company's success in the Middle East region and new business development in identified product categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals in all products.
  • Evaluate and implement new sales techniques and strategies to increase the region's sales volume.
  • Ensure timely sales and collections, as well as measuring receivables according to budget and minimizing overdue payments.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for promotions and branding necessary in the region through new channels.
  • Assist in preparing market expansion plans of existing markets and increase market share with launch plans and business strategies.
  • Identify and develop new markets in foreign countries.
  • Affirm the JK Brand and position it in the Global market through various promotional activities.
  • Participate in Trade Shows and product presentation.
  • Know market potential, analyze competitors, and manage the marketplace. Generate a review mechanism on feedback from markets.
  • Track the progress on global prospects and determine the market demand and build the sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for packaging development.

Requirements:

  • Post-qualification experience of 48 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Tools & Hardware Industry with good exposure to selling and distribution into International markets.
  • Handled international sales and marketing in a cross-cultural environment of Middle East/Asia/Africa.

Education and Qualification:

Graduate Engineer.

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • Exports/International Sales for Middle East/Asia/Africa.
  • Exposure to Tools & Hardware Industry or similar industry.
  • Awareness of global economic trends.
  • Market Intelligence.
  • Business Acumen and Analysis of Data.
  • Receivables Management.
  • Channel Management.
  • Sales Management.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
