Job Summary

The role of the Global Sales Strategist at Sperton Global AS is to drive business growth in the Middle East region and develop new business opportunities in identified product categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals for all products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional activities and branding initiatives in the region.
  • Ensure timely sales and collections, and measure receivables as per budget.
  • Coordinate with interdepartmental teams for sales operations.
  • Identify and develop new markets in foreign countries.
  • Assist in preparing market expansion plans and increasing market share.

Requirements

  • Post-qualification experience of 48 years in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Tools & Hardware Industry.
  • Experience in handling international sales and marketing in cross-cultural environments.

Education and Qualifications

  • Graduate Engineer.

Technical and Professional Knowledge

  • Exports/International Sales for Middle East/Asia/Africa.
  • Exposure to Tools & Hardware Industry or similar industry.
  • Awareness of global economic trends.
  • Market Intelligence.
  • Business Acumen and Analysis of Data.
  • Receivables Management.
  • Channel Management.
  • Sales Management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
