">The Channel Sales Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners.
">This role involves establishing productive relationships with key personnel, coordinating company resources, and meeting sales targets.
">Key Responsibilities

- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.">
- Coordinates company resources to meet partner performance objectives.">
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.">
- Leads a joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets.">
- Avoids potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally.">
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.">
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.">
- Recruits new qualifying partners.">
Requirements
">A graduate or MBA with relevant experience of 5-8 years in Channel sales.
">B2B & Channel sales experience in Ed-Tech domain is preferred.
">Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
">Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
">Salary
">Rupees Eight Hundred Thousand to One Million per annum (dependent on experience).
