We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at TekPillar. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing channel sales strategies to meet our organizational sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with potential channel partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
  • Manage existing channel relationships to ensure ongoing business and support partners' growth efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns tailored to channel partners.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to help them achieve their sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Lead a team of sales officers and managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
