Overview

As a Channel Sales and Partnership Manager at Chemmanur International Holidays And Resorts Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the company to channel partners, end customers, and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships that drive sales-oriented activities.

Sales Strategy and Execution

You will be responsible for managing a list of channel partners and/or a partner in a given geography, developing approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/strategies, and ensuring indirect quota is met. This involves identifying new opportunities, increasing reach and coverage, and enhancing account penetration to grow business.

Partner Relationship Management

Proactively understanding channel partner needs and identifying solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries is crucial. You will create business opportunities by working closely with Partner teams, developing and maintaining close relationships, and guiding them periodically to ensure correct positioning of our product and improve their Sales skills.

Technical Knowledge and Enablement

Developing required technical knowledge to understand customer applications, proposing the right solutions with proper Value proposition, and guiding Partner teams accordingly to enhance their technical and selling skills is essential. This enables them to scale up as Consultants / Solution providers to customers.

Accountability and Reporting

Conducting periodic business reviews with Partner teams, helping them plan weekly activities, and providing constructive feedback is critical. Ensuring proper funnel management and accurate forecasting by Partner teams on a regular basis is also a key responsibility. Timely report submissions by partners as relevant and required are expected.

Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you must have an undergraduate or Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year or more of relevant experience in Agency Sales - Insurance / Vacation ownership / Real estate. In-depth knowledge and experience in the job, along with self-motivation, are essential.
