Strategic Channel Partner Manager

Title: AVP/VP/EIR Channel Partner Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to maximize revenue growth and market share for Expertrons.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market plans with channel partners.
- Ensure channel partners have necessary resources and support to effectively sell Expertrons' products and services.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Expertrons' offerings align with partner needs and are effectively promoted through the channel.
- Develop and manage a channel partner performance dashboard to track key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner onboarding and enablement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
