Job Description:

Title: AVP/VP/EIR Channel Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a channel partner strategy to maximize revenue growth and market share for Expertrons.
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint go-to-market plans with channel partners.
  • Ensure channel partners have necessary resources and support to effectively sell Expertrons' products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Expertrons' offerings align with partner needs and are effectively promoted through the channel.
  • Develop and manage a channel partner performance dashboard to track key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in channel partner management, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner onboarding and enablement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
