Job Description

As a Channel Partner Account Manager at Lenovo, you will be responsible for leading our partner community in the west region, focusing on long-term profitable business, reliability, and trustworthy partnerships. Your goal will be to increase partner satisfaction and achieve sales targets quarter-over-quarter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the partner community in the west region and increase partner satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets quarter-over-quarter.
  • Develop existing partners to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
  • Attract new partners, especially for new products and solutions portfolio.
  • Responsible for partner certification, training, and all channel programs.
  • Encourages Co-Marketing Activities.
  • Managing Large ISG partners.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Training T3 partners on Lenovo ISG products portfolio including hardware, services, and software.
  • Managing partner breadth across the region.
  • Working along with the T1 team on inventory planning and management.
  • Giving timely feedback to the Product and HQ team on competition.
  • Driving the extended Lenovo sales team and partner team to deliver on numbers and channel breadth.
