We are India's largest integrated platform for real estate, with a presence in 100+ cities across 9 countries.

Our startup within a startup, Prime Connect, is an aggregation platform for channel partners to do their primary sales through us.

We offer advance payouts, more payouts, and better support in closures, leading to increased income for our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city with a good micro-market understanding.
  • Recognize top-focused projects and build strong relationships with the developers' team.
  • Identify valued retail channel partners who majorly deal in the focused projects.
  • Work on developing a robust network with these retail channel partners, give them a better understanding of our proposition, and source deals through them.
  • Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-end cycle till deal closure.
  • Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events to ensure stickiness.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Ready to go on the field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
  • Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an added benefit.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with a proven growth record.
  • CTC - 6 LPA to 8 LPA.
  • Location Mira Road, Borivali, Kandivali (Only Mumbai Based).
