Job Title

Key Account Manager (Sourcing Manager Real Estate)

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city
  • Recognize top-focused projects and build relationships with developers' teams
  • Identify Valued Retail Channel Partners (RCP) who deal in focused projects
  • Develop a robust network with RCPs, give them a better understanding of our proposition, and source deals through them
  • Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-end cycle till deal closure
  • Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events
  • Meet Retail Channel partners and build a strong network
Requirements
  • Hustler with a relentless drive to succeed and passionate about achieving targets
  • Result-oriented, proactive on fieldwork with strong communication skills and a passion for sales
  • Wants to work and thrive in chaos
  • Ready to give it all for exponential incentive and growth
  • Self-vehicle (mandatory)
  • Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an added benefit
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with a proven growth record
