Job Description

At Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the commercial real estate industry, with a strong understanding of the Mumbai market and commercial real estate trends.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing cold calling, client meetings, sales activities, and developing client relationships in the commercial real estate market. They will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions to meet their needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. They will also have strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of commercial real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the commercial real estate industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mumbai market and commercial real estate trends
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of commercial real estate transactions
