We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Lagata. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the pharma segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the pharma segment.
- Identify and prospect new clients within the pharmaceutical industry, including pharma packaging manufacturers, contract packaging companies, and contract research organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Provide product information, technical support, and assistance to clients regarding pharmaceutical packaging products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape within the pharma packaging industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotas, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales of pharma packaging.
- Strong understanding of the pharma packaging industry and its trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
