About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Mumbai. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing sales within your defined regional territory and achieving sales revenue through generating orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales revenue targets through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective distribution and channel compliance.
- Refine and improve sales strategies and tactics to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Minimum 9-15 years of sales experience in concept selling background.
- Experience in distribution management and channel compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex market data and develop region-specific plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Sales and Marketing.
- Strong grasp of market complexities and customer preferences.
- Ability to prioritize and execute as per business needs.
