Real Estate Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of work experience in the real estate industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, leading a team, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation skills, and exceptional communication skills to convey ideas clearly. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
* Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
* Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
* Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
* Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, specifically within the real estate industry.
* Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
* Strong team leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
* Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.
