Strategic Real Estate Partnerships Specialist

The Livspace Business Development Manager - Channel Partner role requires a skilled professional to drive strategic partnerships with real estate brokers in a designated zone. This involves building a robust network of channel partners, fostering strong relationships through regular visits and ensuring the highest quality of leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners to ensure a continuous flow of customer databases and leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure channel partner satisfaction and address customer requests efficiently.
- Implement strategies to engage channel partners through trust, communication, and service offerings.
- Maintain a high level of quality in leads, prioritizing Experience Centre Visits or Site Visits for each customer lead shared by the channel partner.
External Skills And Expertise:
- A minimum of a Graduation or Similar Qualification is required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in working with Real Estate Channel Partners is essential.
- Good understanding of real estate brokers and their business operations.
- Excellent sales skills, with the ability to connect with both channel partners and end customers effectively.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or the regional language is necessary.
- A highly motivated individual with a target-driven approach.
- Flexibility in work timings/schedule and availability is expected.
Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
