Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Expo Job Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate sales, with a strong background in developing and managing relationships with channel partners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can drive sales revenue through effective channel partner management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting new channel partners, as well as managing existing relationships to ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Channel Partner Development: Identify and source high-quality leads in the real estate market through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  2. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing ongoing support and training to ensure their continued success.
  3. Sales Performance: Work closely with channel partners to identify opportunities and close deals, driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, providing valuable insights to inform channel partner strategies.
  5. Reporting and Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with channel partners, including sales activity and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Real Estate Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in channel partner management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus commission on sales performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
