Job Description:

This role involves developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the telecom and contact centre industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a channel strategy to enhance sales growth and align with company objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with the necessary sales tools and training to effectively sell our products and services.
  3. Set performance metrics and KPIs for channel partners, monitoring and reporting on their performance.
  4. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize partner success.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the telecom and contact centre sectors.
  7. Develop accurate sales forecasts for channel partners and report on progress towards goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales management, preferably in the telecom or contact centre industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving partner performance.
  • Strong understanding of telecom and contact centre products and services.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
