Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Invokhr. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through effective channel partner acquisition and management.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new channel partners, onboarding them into our ecosystem, and negotiating high-volume deals with existing partners. You will also cultivate strong relationships with our channel partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new channel partners and build a robust network in the CPaaS industry
  • Onboard new channel partners into our ecosystem, providing training and support as needed
  • Negotiate high-volume deals with channel partners, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in our CRM system
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the CPaaS/SaaS vertical
  • Experience working in a channel partner ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
