**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Channel Partners Acquisition Manager to join our team at Invokhr.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Channel Partner Onboarding: Onboarding new channel partners through effective training, support, and account management.
  • Negotiation and Deal Management: Negotiating high-volume and best-price deals with channel partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.

**Relationship Management:**

  • Cultivate Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Regular Communication: Regularly communicate with channel partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Support Growth: Support channel partners in acquiring new customers, expanding their business, and achieving shared goals.

**Sales Administration:**

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales-related activities.

**Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven success in sales, preferably in the CPaaS / SaaS vertical.
  • Channel Experience: Must have worked in the channel partners ecosystem.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

**Qualification:

  • Education: Graduation, BBA, MBA.
