Drive Cloud Sales Growth as a Channel Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Channel Growth Specialist to join our team at Antal International. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in cloud sales and partner management to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, with a focus on those selling cloud-based solutions. They will also develop deep relationships with existing partners to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success in selling cloud products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and cloud-based solutions.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Develop deep relationships with existing partners.
  • Travel extensively (up to 60-70%) to engage with partners in person and attend industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to partners and address any challenges they may face.
  • Provide tailored training on cloud products and solutions to partners.
  • Track partner performance, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize channel strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, cloud sales, and partner management.
  • Familiarity with cloud technology, SaaS, or related solutions.
  • Proven experience in driving sales growth through cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong ability to manage partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Growth mindset and passion for learning about evolving cloud technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate partner performance.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience.
