About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Customer Growth and Retention to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer growth, retention, and satisfaction.

The role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge about the communication channels and the marketing automation space.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in a client-facing/account management role and possess a business savvy approach with consultative, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
