Your Role: As the Head of Customer Success Strategist, you will be responsible for driving client retention, customer satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling. You will work closely with internal teams to understand technical roadblocks and make recommendations on solution implementation and core integrations to clients using Netcore Cloud.
