About the Role: As a Sales Growth Strategist at Stratagyn Inc, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your primary objective will be to establish relationships with potential clients and convert them into customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing and new client connections to pitch our HR services and recruitment solutions.
  • Foster relationships with CEOs, HR Heads, and Recruitment Managers of organizations to introduce our services and formalize agreements.
  • Convince clients to provide regular requirements and negotiate recruitment terms.
  • Generate leads by finding potential corporate clients and converting them into our customers.
  • Work independently with flexibility in scheduling, as this is a freelance role.

Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and convincing abilities. You should have your own computer, internet connection, and phone to get started, and be able to work from any location.

Remuneration: This freelance role offers performance-based variable incentives at 15% for every successful closure of business developed by you. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $10,000, based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved.
