Sales Growth Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring the successful promotion and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyse monthly and annual sales data for each product and territory.
• Adjust and allocate targets to regions and sales representatives based on feasibility.
• Review and analyse the performance of the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to provide inputs for brand strategy development.
• Propose ideas for special promotions to senior management for approval.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders.
• Identify Continuing Medical Education (CME) needs and co-ordinate with the team to organize successful CME events.
Qualifications:
• A graduate degree in any Science stream along with MBA.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales & Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience as Regional Sales Manager in pharma company in specific area of speciality.
• In-depth understanding of Indian pharmaceutical industry, customer segments, customer behaviour, competition.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting to predict market demand and allocate resources effectively.
• Knowledge in Pharma product/Technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Understanding of statutory and regulatory guidelines.
