  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Developing and implementing customer success strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for product upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements

Requirements:

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track engagement metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport with customers at various levels
  • A willingness to travel to client sites or attend customer events if required
