Retention Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retention Marketing Specialist to join our team at RAS Luxury Skincare. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers, increase customer loyalty, and maximize lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retention marketing, with experience in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retention marketing strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Design and implement personalized campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to nurture existing customers.
  • Analyze customer data to segment audiences, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Manage customer loyalty programs and work with the product team to introduce new retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customer support, sales, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that could impact retention.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of retention campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Conduct A/B testing and use insights to continuously improve retention strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, customer loyalty, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalization tactics.
