Must-Have Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in retention marketing, focusing on multi-channel strategy and campaign execution
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with marketing automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, SFMC, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of performance analysis with experience in optimizing campaigns for improved open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement

Should-Have Requirements:

  • Ability to design and implement comprehensive retention strategies across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Proficiency in creating customer lifecycle journeys to engage users at various touchpoints
  • Experience in managing referral programs to increase customer loyalty

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in retention marketing
  • Ability to innovate and enhance teaching methods based on previous experiences

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel retention strategies for engaging customers across various touchpoints
  • Create compelling content for cold emails, follow-up emails, and drip campaigns to drive engagement
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools like MoEngage and WebEngage
  • Design and execute customer journeys that support long-term retention goals

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
