We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Strategist to join our team in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in developing and executing CRM campaigns that enhance customer retention, foster loyalty, and boost repeat purchases.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms, including email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, in-app messaging, and web.">
- Conceptualize and implement segmentation strategies using campaign management tools.">
- Create comprehensive customer engagement plans and publish campaign calendars.">
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.">
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will have expertise in marketing automation tools such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Smartech, or similar platforms.
">They will also be able to monitor campaign performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies through A/B testing and continuous optimization.
">Compensation:
">The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
