Customer Retention and Growth Strategist

Job Overview:
L&T Finance seeks a seasoned Customer Retention and Growth Strategist to spearhead customer retention and growth initiatives. Estimated Salary: ₹1200000/year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to minimize churn, improve customer loyalty, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to segment customers based on behavior and demographics, driving hyper-personalized campaigns.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance revenue through targeted product offerings.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor and optimize processes related to customer retention for increased efficiency.
- Work closely with sales, digitization, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive efforts across functions.
- Oversee retention initiative budgets to maximize ROI.
- Track and report KPIs such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and retention rate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in MarTech tools like Clevertap, Salesforce, CDP, Google Analytics, UAC, ASO, and AI/ML.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict 10+ years of experience in customer retention, growth strategies, or related fields.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
