Job Description:The Enterprise Growth Strategist will be responsible for managing end-to-end software renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage software renewals for existing clients, ensuring timely renewal of subscriptions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue and enhance customer value.
- Coordinate with resellers to ensure seamless renewal processes and resolve any challenges or concerns.
- Update the CRM system with renewal details, customer interactions, and sales activities to maintain accurate records and inform business decisions.
- Generate regular reports on renewal rates, upsells, and client feedback to facilitate management review and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize renewal processes, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
