About the Role:
- Expand business relationships beyond IT and Procurement into the C-Suite.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes in pricing discussions.
- Manage opportunity pipelines to optimize growth opportunities.
- Cultivate upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Formulate strategies to enhance net retention rates and revenue streams.
What You'll Need:
- At least 5 years of experience in account management in the SaaS or tech sector.
- Proven success in growing client accounts and achieving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities.
