Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team at ConsultBae. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalized account plans to meet customer needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
