Job Overview

At FinMen Advisors & Consultants Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team in driving business development and revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that involves leading the business development function, managing a team of business development managers, and working closely with the top management to define strategies and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and training a team of business development managers
  • Identification of potential market segments and revenue generation through new account development and key account management
  • Handling the BD team and working with the execution team to achieve sales targets
  • Defining marketing processes, executing them, and developing relevant business proposals
  • Monitoring market intelligence within the industry and providing necessary training to the sales team as and when needed
Industry and Functional Area

The role requires strong knowledge of the business development/sales/marketing industry and experience in handling financial products such as credit rating, equity (private and public), and fund raising.

Organizational Structure

The Strategic Business Growth Specialist will report directly to the top management and work closely with them to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of ₹30 lakhs per annum, plus incentives based on performance.

Location

The role is based in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, or Kolkata, with frequent travel to client sites.
