The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive lead generation, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, and industry collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and effectively communicate how our software products and services can address those needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth conversions.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, and close deals in a manner that fosters long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computers, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development in the IT industry.
- Good to have prior experience in staffing and/or Software Product Sales.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in deal closure.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, and a range of benefits to support your career growth and well-being.
