We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our Sales team at Brego Business Private Limited.

About the Role:

As a Strategic Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic account management and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing Deals: Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to close deals with existing and new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier businesses to position our services as a go-to solution for their marketing needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities that can be leveraged to expand our customer base.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to individual client needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, providing regular reports on progress and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services, including digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits program.

Work Environment:

Brego Business Private Limited offers a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation. Our office is located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and we operate Monday to Friday.
