X Hire is seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive account growth across our APAC region.
About the Role:
- Work closely with the APAC sales team to identify areas for improvement in sales performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of enablement initiatives.
- Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on international markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
