As an Account Growth Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and generating new business opportunities. You'll collaborate closely with our sales teams to build relationships with potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings with key decision-makers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology and a knack for engaging prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients using various outbound methods, including cold calling, emailing, social selling, and outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads through initial conversations to assess fit, budget, and urgency.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives to schedule meetings and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed on the latest AI trends, technologies, and market shifts to effectively engage prospects.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead activity, keeping accurate records of outreach efforts and progress.
  • Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and opportunities generated.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
