Job Title: Senior Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Perfios.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and sales, with the ability to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,200,000 per annum.
