About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Growth Manager to join our team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. This includes identifying opportunities for account growth, collaborating with internal teams to develop strategic plans, and tracking and analyzing account performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Account Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand service offerings and increase revenue streams.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategic plans that align with client goals and objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide regular reports and insights to clients and senior management.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a prompt and effective manner.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the IT industry. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics & Telecommunications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is also required. An MBA is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
