Enterprise Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Netcore Cloud. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, India.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for retaining and growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. They will work closely with our international sales team to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business expansion plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities to strengthen customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Work closely with CSMs to deliver client-focused solutions
- Proactively manage multiple account management projects to ensure high-quality results
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in the marketing technology space
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly Excel
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
