Enterprise Growth Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team at PolicyBoss.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
We offer a competitive salary of $**120,000 - 150,000 per year**, based on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent communication skills.
You will be working closely with our senior management team to develop and execute business strategies, identify new revenue streams, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and networking
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with key partners and clients
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. business, finance, marketing)
- Minimum 3-4 years' prior experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Focused and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment
