Job Description

We're seeking two high-energy Account Executives (AEs) to join our team in Mumbai. As an AE at BiteSpeed, you'll play a crucial role in converting leads generated by our Business Development Representative (BDR) team into revenue-generating customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with e-commerce business owners globally, understanding their pain points, and showcasing how our product can improve their lives.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Talking to e-commerce business owners globally and understanding their problems
  • Converting leads into paying customers through product demos
  • Writing creative cold emails/LinkedIn messages that break through the noise
  • Playing the role of a trusted product advisor during sales demos
  • Collecting customer feedback and providing insights to the product team

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-volume enterprise sales in the Indian market at an SMB SaaS startup
  • A proven track record of selling complex solutions to enterprises
  • A way with words and a collection of compelling cold emails
  • A genuine interest in conversations with people
