Role Overview

- Drive Enterprise Sales growth by adding new customers and expanding solution portfolios in existing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end sales processes for Enterprise Business Accounts.

- Acquire new logos in the Enterprise Business Segment.

- Sell IT Infrastructure or IT Transformation Solutions to Enterprise Accounts across various industries.

- Develop GTM strategies and position 22by7 as a Solution Partner.

- Lead sales teams through lead qualification to closure.

- Plan, map, and engage with clients to meet their infrastructure and growth needs.

- Collaborate with Pre-Sales teams for solution pitching.

- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within accounts.

- Maintain a strong sales funnel for 22by7's solution portfolio.

- Respond to RFI/RFP/PoC requests with Pre-Sales support.

- Manage stakeholders for leads, pre-sales, and closures.

- Develop and negotiate BOMs and pricing.
