Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic growth and revenue expansion within our targeted accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise software and service solutions to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in solution selling and strategic account management to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify, qualify, and orchestrate new business opportunities within assigned target accounts, leveraging compelling return on investment provided by Tungsten Automation solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Lead Generation, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering resources to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent sales cycles, prioritizing deals based on revenue potential and customer needs.
  • Develop and articulate the value proposition of Tungsten Automation solutions to VP and C-level audiences, aligning with prospects' strategic objectives.
  • Maintain strong, referenceable relationships with existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience selling enterprise software and service solutions to high-level executives within Global 2000 accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed individual quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Proven success positioning and selling solutions that align with customers' strategic objectives, recognizing underlying operational requirements.
  • Strong intellectual skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a hunter-type personality with boardroom presence.
