Job Description: As an Enterprise Sales Leader at Saptang Labs Private Limited, you will drive direct enterprise sales by building strong customer relationships and delivering impactful solutions to large organizations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across key verticals. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across key verticals. Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management and deal closures.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify, connect, and engage with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target enterprises. Understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions from Saptang Labs' product portfolio.
  • Enterprise Account Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Establish long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research and Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth. Gather and share insights on customer needs and feedback with internal teams to refine offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Channel, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements: To be successful as an Enterprise Sales Leader, you should have 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology services. You should have a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a direct sales role. Additionally, you should possess strong consultative selling skills, exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and a strong analytical mindset.
